Lacroix X Roche Bobois

Edited by Roche Bobois Paris, "Maison Lacroix" is Christian Lacroix Maison first furniture collection. Created by Sacha Walckhoff, Creative Director of the House, it embodies the world of interiors.

Since its first Haute Couture salons, designed by the Garouste & Bonnetti French duo, to its lifestyle collections, a dialog between fashion and decoration has always nourished the House’s creations. It is an ideal transposition of its codes to the decorative arts. "Maison Lacroix" bridges these universes, today more complementary than ever.

Comprising a dining room and a small living room, the collection consists in some twenty pieces mixing rosewood, brass, lacquer, silkscreen and sophisticated fabrics. Lounge chairs and footstools are adorned with deep crushed blue velvet, with a provencal pattern. The chairs, upholstered with black and white stripes, recall a bust shape used in the Couture workshops. While display cabinets, sideboards and folding screens showcase an engraving of the city of Arles, birth town of the House.

Unveiled in Paris during the D’Days, before being presented in New York, the collection will be available in stores from September.
