LAST CHANCE TERMS

 

1.PREAMBLE

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply exclusively between any Customer and Christian Lacroix SNC (hereinafter "Christian Lacroix") whose head office is located at 19 21 avenue George V 75008 Paris registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 341 265 858.

The Terms and Conditions apply only to the collections Scarves offered for sale by e-mail through our Customer Service.

Any Order via our Customer Service is conditioned by the prior and unreserved consultation and acceptance by the Customer of these GTC and the applicable rates.

These GTC take precedence over any other document.

 

  1. OFFER "LAST CHANCE"

The Collection of Scarves Spring / Summer 2019 is presented in "Last chance", from July 8 to August 2, 2019 included (last order before 1pm) on the website christian-lacroix.com. The 40% discount is not valid on the following models: DEFILE, LES FILLES EN FLEUR, 20 ANS, CROQUIS, FIGURINE.

The prices displayed on the "Scarves Collections" page do not take into account the discount. Christian Lacroix offers limited editions, these are the latest pieces available.

 

  1. ORDER

Any order will be validated only after acceptance of the payment which will be carried out only by bank transfer and whose bank details will be communicated at the time of the taking of order of the customer. Any order implies express and irrevocable acceptance of prices and descriptions of products available for sale. The validation of the order by the Customer implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale. Christian Lacroix reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of dispute with the Customer on a previous order. Christian Lacroix can accept order within the limits of available stocks. He informs the Customer of the availability of the products sold by correspondence at the time of ordering. If, despite the vigilance of Christian Lacroix, the products are unavailable, Christian Lacroix will inform the Customer by e-mail as soon as possible. The Customer may be refund, if necessary, the amount already paid. The permanent or temporary unavailability can not in any way engage the responsibility of Christian Lacroix, any more than it can not open any right to compensation or damages and interests in favor of the Customer.

 

  1. PRICE

The prices of the scarves posted on the website are indicated in euros all French taxes included (French VAT and other possibly applicable taxes), excluding shipping costs, contribution to the cost of order processing and packaging costs.

Shipping costs, participation in order processing fees and packaging costs amount to 11.50 € and are offered from 350 € purchase. These costs will be indicated to the customer before final confirmation of the order.

 

  1. PAYMENT

Products or services must be paid in Euros (€). The full payment must be made when ordering. At no time the amount paid can not be considered as a deposit or installments. The Customer settles his order by bank transfer. For any transaction, the Customer will send us a confirmation of transfer. No sending in cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason. Christian Lacroix retains the property of the article until full payment of the price by the Customer. Purchases are made securely. The payment solution adopted by Christian Lacroix is 100% secure. The invoice is sent to the e-mail address indicated during the order. It is established according to the price in force on the day of the passage of the order.
Christian Lacroix disclaims all liability for errors in seizures.

 

 

  1. DELIVERY

Christian Lacroix delivers its products in France and abroad. The Products are shipped with the delivery invoice, to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times indicated on the site are indicative times, corresponding to the average time of processing and delivery. In order to meet these deadlines, the Customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase code, access code , names and / or intercom numbers, phone number of the contact, etc.). Carriers, delays and rates are currently as follows and are subject to change by Christian Lacroix.

  1. RETURNS

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned in the condition it was received, with its original packaging and label.

We will send you a prepaid returns label by email if the return is deemed valid.

Returns are free in France and European Union countries. For returns in Zone 3 (United States and Canada) and Zone 4 (rest of the world  see the above list), the amounts of €10 and €12 respectively will be deducted from your refund.

To return your product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer services via the contact form, explaining the reasons for the return request.
  2. Our customer services will inform our logistics centre which will generate a returns label which you will receive by email.
  3. Stick your returns label directly to the package.

The carrier will be alerted of the request for collection when the return documents are generated. Collection will be at least two days from the return request. There is no collection at weekends. If a return request is made on Friday, collection will be on Monday at the earliest.

You will be offered a collection time slot (morning between 10 a.m. and noon or afternoon between noon and 5 p.m.). These time slots cannot be changed.

You can contact the carrier if you would like to change the collection request initially scheduled. The carrier no. and the return reference number will be provided in the email received with the return documents.

If a product is faulty, you will receive a full refund.
