This site is operated by the company Christian Lacroix, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS), registered under 341 265 858 00108, with its headquarters located at 21 avenue George V, 75008 Paris. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of products offered by Christian Lacroix on its website. They govern all the steps necessary for placing and tracking an order, as well as the applicable delivery, return, and withdrawal conditions. These GTCS apply to any order placed on the site, unless otherwise agreed by a specific agreement. By accessing the site and placing an order, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these GTCS.
Products
The products offered for sale on the Christian Lacroix website are subject to detailed descriptions specifying their essential characteristics, in accordance with Article L.111-1 of the Consumer Code. The photographs accompanying the products are illustrative and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Some images may include items or accessories not available for sale.
The products offered for sale comply with French legislation in force regarding safety, health, consumer protection, and fairness of transactions at the time they are placed on the market.
The products are offered subject to availability. In the event of unavailability after payment, the seller will inform the customer as soon as possible. The seller may offer an equivalent product in terms of quality and price or, if not possible, a credit for the amount of the order. If neither option satisfies the customer, the seller will proceed with a full refund within fifteen days. No additional compensation will be paid in the event of cancellation.
Prices
In accordance with Article L.112-1 of the Consumer Code, the sale prices of products, displayed in euros, are inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping and transportation costs. These additional costs are specified before the order is validated and added to the total amount. The total amount due by the customer, including delivery charges, is indicated on the order confirmation page. The applicable price is the one in effect on the day of the order.
In the case of promotions, the seller agrees to apply the promotional price for any order placed during the validity period of the promotion.
The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time while guaranteeing the customer the application of the rate in force at the time of the order.
Order
To place an order, the customer must create an account by providing personal information (name, first name, postal address, email address, and phone number). The customer then selects the desired products and quantities in their virtual cart and clicks on the "Validate my cart" button. The customer then provides delivery and payment information.
Before definitively validating the order by clicking on "Validate my order", the customer has the opportunity to check the details of the order, the total price, and to correct any errors or modify the order if necessary.
Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of these GTCS and forms a contract between the seller and the customer. An email confirming the receipt of the order and payment will be sent to the customer as soon as possible.
Any modification of the order after validation is subject to the seller's acceptance.
The seller reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including in cases of:
- Unusually large quantities for a consumer,
- A previous dispute concerning unpaid bills,
- Violation of these GTCS,
- Suspicion of fraud.
The seller shall not be held responsible for the consequences of erroneous information provided by the customer, particularly concerning products or delivery information.
Delivery
Delivery refers to the transfer to the customer of the physical possession or control of the ordered products.
The customer can choose from the following delivery methods:
- Home delivery via Colissimo.
The products are delivered to the address or relay point indicated by the customer when placing the order. Delivery is carried out by direct handover of the products to the customer or, failing that, by sending the ordered products via partner carriers.
Upon receipt of the package, it is the customer's responsibility to verify, in the presence of the delivery person, the condition of the products. In case of anomalies (damage, missing items), the customer must make reservations on the delivery note or transport receipt, or even refuse the package, and inform the seller.
The seller agrees to ship the products within the time frames indicated on the site for each order. These time frames are provided as an indication and may vary depending on the products. In case of delayed delivery, the customer may, after requesting the seller to deliver within a reasonable time, cancel the order by email.
The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer at the moment the customer or a third party takes physical possession of the products.
Return and Exchange Policy
You have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item. After this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to process an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, a credit, minus a 2-euro return fee, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
In case of a delay in processing your refund:
- First, check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is posted.
- If the issue persists, contact your bank to ensure no additional delays in processing.

Sale or Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
If your order includes a gift item (goodie), it must be returned if the entire order is returned. If the gift item is not included when your return is received, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until its receipt. Furthermore, the gift item must not have been used. If damage is detected on the item(s) or the gift item during the return inspection, the refund will be blocked.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact us at contact_cl@christian-lacroix.com and return the item to: 21 avenue George V, Paris, 75008, France.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift during the purchase or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from it. The time it takes to receive an exchanged product may vary depending on your place of residence.
Liability
The liability of Christian Lacroix cannot be engaged in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the contract attributable to the Client, or due to an unforeseeable and insurmountable event by a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure.
Christian Lacroix is insured with a reputedly solvent insurance company to cover its business liability.
In the event of the Client's breach of its contractual obligations, any deposit paid at the time of the order will be retained by Christian Lacroix as compensation, without prejudice to any other action the company may take to seek damages.
Intellectual Property
All elements present on the Christian Lacroix website (including, but not limited to, photographs, videos, logos, graphic design, texts, and data) are the exclusive property of Christian Lacroix and are protected by copyright, trademark law, unfair competition law, as well as database rights.
Any reproduction, representation, or distribution, even partial, of these elements without the prior written consent of Christian Lacroix is strictly prohibited and exposes the offenders to legal proceedings.
Products marketed by Christian Lacroix are also protected by intellectual property laws. Any copying or imitation of these products, without authorization, may result in appropriate legal action.
