Order
To place an order, select the items you wish to purchase, choose the size and quantity, then click "Add to Cart". Once all your items have been selected, access your basket and follow the validation steps to finalize your order.
Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you have not received this email within an hour, we recommend that you check your spam or contact our customer service for confirmation.
Once the order has been confirmed, it is unfortunately not possible to modify it. However, you can cancel the order within 1 hour after validation by contacting our customer service. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return it for a refund.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order directly from your customer account in the “My orders” section.
Payment
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay.
Yes, we use a secure payment platform with an SSL encryption system to guarantee the confidentiality and security of your banking information.
There can be several reasons for a declined payment: insufficient funds, incorrect card information, or your bank declining the transaction. If the problem persists, we recommend that you contact your bank or our customer service.
To pay for your order with a gift card or credit, simply enter the corresponding code during the payment step. The amount will be automatically deducted from your total. If the balance of your gift card or credit does not cover the entire order, you can complete the payment with another payment method.
Customer account
To create an account, click on the "My Account" icon at the top right of the site and follow the instructions to create your profile by entering your personal information.
If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" when logging in, and follow the instructions to reset it. An email will be sent to you with a link to set a new password.
To change your personal information, log in to your customer account and go to the "My Information" section. There you can update your contact details, delivery addresses, and preferences.
To subscribe to our newsletter, you can enter your email address in the dedicated box at the bottom of the home page. To unsubscribe, click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each newsletter email you receive, or access your preferences in your customer account.
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location. In mainland France, standard delivery generally takes 3 to 7 working days.
Once the order has been validated, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address. If you have made a mistake, we advise you to contact our customer service as soon as possible.
If you have not received your order within the expected time frame, first check the tracking with the number provided in the shipping confirmation email. If the problem persists, contact our customer service for assistance.
Return and Refund

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to make a return. Go to your customer account, select the order in question and request its cancellation. A return label will be sent to you.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Once your return is received and processed by our warehouse, the refund will be initiated within 7 to 10 business days. This time frame may vary depending on your banking institution. You will be refunded via the payment method used when you placed your order.
Maintenance and repair
Each item has specific care instructions indicated on its label. However, if you have any doubts or questions, do not hesitate to contact us directly at contact_cl@christian-lacroix.com.
Yes, we offer a repair service for damaged items (within our capabilities). Please contact our customer service with details of your request and photos of the product to be repaired.
To preserve your items for as long as possible, avoid exposing them to extreme conditions (humidity, intense heat) and follow the care recommendations. Store them in a dry and ventilated place, and use protective covers if necessary.
